The Hach Lico is a high-performance Spectral Colorimeter for professional colour measurements of clear, transparent liquids using reference beam technology – with more than 25 colour scales included (Lico 690 only). Exact colour calculations (which conform to several DIN-ISO-ASTM standards or AOCS Methods) are obtained with only one measurement. Traditional visual colour values, e.g. iodine colour value, Hazen or Gardner, are displayed, as well as modern colour systems such as CIE-L*a*b* or colour measurements corresponding to European / US pharmacopeia. In addition, transmission and extinction measurements, as well as wavelength scans are possible making the instrument multi purpose in the lab or production.
