Adequate training is a prerequisite for safe and correct use of instruments. Therefore, we place emphasis on the quality of the training, in order to ensure successful work for our users, and establish long-term collaborations. Thus, the ANALYSIS service centre organizes user support in the form of expert training for instrument operation and subseqent application development tailored to their needs.
Apart from offering basic training for working with instruments and software, which also include user certification, we also offer advanced training. Thanks to team work, expertise and the comitment of our colleagues with mulitdisciplinary knowledge, we are able to respond also to more complex user demands.
The ANALYSIS team for service and application currently consists of more than fifteen highly qualified members, who constantly improve their skills by working on state-of-the-art technologies. Service engineers who conduct the training have also attended specialized courses for the equipment in question in the manufacuters’ training centers, which is corroborated by corresponding certifications. Besides equipment servicing, the majority of the team is experienced with working on different devices and with various analytical techniques, which contributes to the quality of the training.
Device installation and basic training are our standard services and are always included in the price of the device. We conduct the training at hte user’s location, or in the ANALYSIS training center, and if it is feasible, also online, thus offering flexibility and reducing the costs.
