Installation of SEM and TEM microscopes at Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences
We are delighted to announce that we have installed the first high resolution transmission electron microscope (TEM) and dual beam scanning electron microscope (SEM) in Serbia, at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences. The Talos F200X G2 TEM and Scios2 Dual Beam SEM, by FEI, will be used in the Laboratory of Atomic Physics (LAF) for state-of-the-art research in materials science.
