CE 7smart UV On-/Offline is a USP 4 compliant flow-through cell dissolution testing system for online UV-Vis analysis and automated, offline collection of filtered samples. In the open loop setup, offline collection and online analysis can be performed simultaneously – providing real time UV-Vis results while allowing for back-up sampling. Additionaly, a single software platform ,WinSOTAX
plus, can be used for raw data acquisition and flexible calculation of results.The CE 7smart series offers in-vitro drug release testing in compliance with USP 4, EP and JP, provides high resolution dissolution and is ideal for small volume dissolution and testing of poorly soluble compounds.
