QuPPe-method allows the residue analysis of very polar, non-QuEChERS-amenable, pesticides in plant origin (PO) (fruits, vegetables, cereals and processed products) and animal origin (AO) (milk and eggs) foods. These ready-to-use, cost-effective standards provide safer handling and paplication as well as a more accurate quantification. The new kit designed for the application of the QuPPe-PO method includes:
- Isotopically labeled analogues as internal standards (ISTDs)
- Standard mixtures of polar pesticides whereas the new kit for the QuPPe-AO method application includes:
- Centrifuge tubes containing ODS (octadecylsilane) as a sorbent
- Isotopically labeled analogues as internal standards (ISTDs)
- Standard mixtures of polar pesticides.
