The Thermo Scientific Quasor II Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) enables you to perform simultaneous acquisitions of EBSD data and EDS/WDS spectral images with ease. The Quasor II EBSD can characterize crystalline structures which affect physical properties in a wide range of materials, such as metals, geology samples and semiconductor materials, that are examined with scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) and X-ray microanalysis.
