Bond index Tester
A detailed picture and knowledge of the characteristics of a raw material is of utmost importance, especially when considering the planning of a crushing plant. Risks are minimized by extensive trials to obtain information on the properties of the raw materials. With the Bond Index test methods a clear definition of the required crushing capacities and the desired product quality can be precisely determined. Using these procedures it is possible to calculate crushing / abrasion behavior of mineral samples. This knowledge is crucial to define the required ball mill layout and production capacity. Pre-crushed sample material are required in order to perform the Bond Index Test successfully.
Fluid Bed Dryer TG 200
The fluid bed dryer TG 200 is used in sample preparation, quality control, as well as R&D departments. It permits the gentle drying of organic, inorganic or pharmaceutical bulk materials without localized overheating. Suitable materials can be coarse, fine, crystalline, leafy or fibrous. The powerful fan of the fluid bed dryer guarantees optimal air throughput so that the products to be dried are loosened up and thoroughly mixed leading to short drying times. Thanks to the interval operation the fluidized bed is mixed even better. Air volume, drying time and temperature can be set digitally and adjusted continuously.
Vibratory Feeder DR 100
The vibratory feeder DR 100 is used for the uniform, continuous feeding and conveyance of pourable bulk materials and fine powders. The DR 100 feeds sample dividers, RETSCH mills, as well as particle measuring devices, in addition it is also suitable for other feeding tasks. Its performance, adaptability and compact design makes this device a great candidate for a variety of applications. The DR 100 can also be driven and controlled externally via the built-in interface. Cleaners - Ultrasonic Bath Range UR
The ultrasonic bath range UR includes three sizes for cleaning test sieves and grinding tools quickly and easily. UR 1 is for test sieves up to ø 203 mm, UR 2 for test sieves up to ø 450 mm, and the UR 3 for the simultaneous cleaning of up to 5 test sieves ø 200/203 mm. The thorough yet gentle cleaning of test sieves with the help of an ultrasonic bath increases their lifespan as damage resulting from manual cleaning is avoided.
DustMon RD 100
The DustMon RD 100 was designed to reliably determine the dustiness of granular products and powders. The Dust Analyzer DustMon RD 100 characterizes the dustiness of powders and granulates and is ideal for measuring the amount and concentration of dust. With this analysis method up to 1000 measurements per second are offered in real-time.
