The Memmert VOcool cooled vacuum oven enables pharmaceutical or food labs to gently dry bacteria and starter cultures via low-temperature vacuum drying. Furthermore, programme-controlled storage and transport scenarios for determining the behaviour of active ingredients or volumes at different pressure and temperature conditions can be simulated. VOcool supports the temperature range from +5 up to +90 ℃ and is available in 2 model sizes (29 and 49 litres volume).
