The Swedish Extraction Technique, Swedish Ethyl Acetate method (SweEt) has been developed for quantitative analysis of over 500 pesticides in a single multi-residual run. This method uses smaller volumes of solvent and provides clean extracts compatible with GC and LC injection methods, without complicated clean-up steps. SweEt can be used to determine pesticides in cereals, fruits, vegetables, and products of animal origin (both A and B type).
